Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Jean Project. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at ecommerce@88international.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refund Terms
- A $10 restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
Non-Returnable Items
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
- Damaged or worn merchandise
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help. The $10 restocking fee does not apply to exchanges.
